How life Changed forever

Let me set it up first

on about the Monday 14 of this month rebecca ( my partner ) says to me my period is late but that's nothing unusual for rebecca as its late most months.

By Thursday she still has not got her period so we agree that its probably late like all other months as we have talked about most months, her period really is very erratic.

On Thursday night rebecca takes the pregnacy test out of the cupboard and the usual instructions are followed piss in the little cup and put the stick in it and wait for 5 minutes.
At this stage I was thinking its just another false alarm like the other times we have taken the test.

5 minutes later the result is a little different there is a really faint line on the stick we stare at each other not knowing what to do. I have a closer look and state that the line is really faint so we better get another test but its probably nothing. In the mean time Rebecca is FREAKING out about ringing her friend jackie in cairns who has only just had a baby in the last 12 months asking her questions.

Saturday the 19 we go to traralgon to go shopping and pick up the test while out. We get home and start watching a DVD of That 70's Show season one gotta love that show Fez rocks.
Like most males I fall asleep on the couch and Rebecca goes off and takes the test comes and wakes me up and says come and look at this. And there it was another line this time clear as the morning sky. We are going to be parents
