I bought a home brew kit last week while shopping at Big W.

I already have the it brewing up in my shed at home so i cant wait to see what the wheat beer taste's like. It takes 4-7 days in the fermenter and then i must bottle it and leave it in the bottle for about 14 days and then i shall be sampling some of my beer.

For my next brew I will go to the local homebrew shop here in Sale and find out about making a copy of one of the great commercial beers like Guinness, Heineken or Hoegaarden since they tell me its possible.
